Do I need special hardware?+
No. Any computer, tablet or phone with a browser runs the counter. It installs like an app on the home screen.
How do riders pay?+
Card online or at the counter through Stripe — you keep your own Stripe account and the deposit is held on the same card. Connect it under Owner › Integrations, then send a pay-by-card link right from the rental.
Can riders text the shop?+
Yes. The desk answers availability, rates and hours from your real fleet in seconds, and hands anything that needs you to a person.
Can I move my data over?+
Yes. Export your fleet and riders from your old system as CSV and import them on the Fleet page.
Is there a contract?+
No. Month to month, cancel any time. Your data is yours — download any report as CSV.
